About us
Built by family.
Made for yours.
For David and his father Slavik, the positive reaction from their first remodel clients was something special. Improving someone’s home or business brings a satisfaction that goes beyond the work itself. It’s rewarding mentally and physically—and at the end of the day, there’s a calm, positive feeling of having made a difference.
That starts with understanding exactly what each client wants, then working to meet or exceed their expectations. We love turning old, faded, outdated, or non-functioning spaces into beautiful, modern, efficient surroundings that people feel proud of.
Custom, unique, creative work is what we love most. Our goal is to make you excited to come home.

“Had our deck replaced by Arctec Elevation. Looks great and David was easy to get ahold of whenever we had a question. Would hire them again.”
Karen T.
“We put this project off for about two years and finally decided to get it done. The old deck needed more work than it was worth. David came out, took measurements and sent us an estimate we could actually understand. We went with composite this time. Definitely a big purchase for us, but we’re happy we did it.”
Matt D.
“Really pleased with the deck. The crew worked hard and cleaned up before leaving. Thanks guys!”
Diana R.
“A neighbor recommended David after having their deck done. We liked being able to see his work in person before calling. Ours was a smaller job, just replacing the deck outside our sliding door, but he still took the time to go over everything with us. It turned out exactly how we discussed.”
Josh C.
“The deck looks good, but what I appreciated most was the communication. I didn’t have to keep calling to find out what was happening next.”
Linda P.
“We kept the same basic layout and replaced the old wood and railing. I was worried we’d end up being talked into a much bigger project, but David listened to what we wanted. The backyard looks so much better now. Our daughter came over last weekend and immediately noticed the difference.”
Christina H.
“We had never hired anyone for a project like this before, so we really didn’t know what to expect. David explained the process and helped us narrow down the materials. I changed my mind on the color after seeing the samples at our house, and I’m glad I did. We’ve had the furniture out there for a few weeks now and use it almost every day.”
